Sunday event celebrating the greatest women of rock and soul to close out Amphitheatre’s 2024 season

LINCOLN CITY – The Lincoln Amphitheatre’s 2024 performance series will wrap up this Sunday, October 6, with an Amp Unplugged acoustic matinee paying tribute to some of the greatest women in the history of rock and soul.  RESPECT features the talented Jenn Cristy of One Pulse Entertainment and doors open at 3 p.m. with the performance beginning at 4 p.m.  All times are central.

“Jenn Cristy is an incredible talent and Sunday’s performance will feature her soaring vocals covering the likes of Aretha, Etta, Tina, Dolly, Janis, and so much more,” said Marc Steczyk, Lincoln Amphitheatre’s director.  “Backed by acoustic instrumentation and multi-layered vocal harmonies, RESPECT will be an event not to be missed for fans of some of the most impactful music in the history of rock and soul.”

Tickets for the performance are all general admission, are only $17.95 per, and are available at www.LincolnAmphitheatre.com, directly at bit.ly/Rock-n-Soul, or by calling the Lincoln Amphitheatre box office at 812-937-2329.   Children 12 and under can attend free of charge.

Earlier in the day beginning at 11 a.m., Lincoln State Park is hosting Young Abe’s Country Craft Fair in the amphitheatre’s parking lot.  This free event will feature more than 30 craft vendors, two food trucks, and naturalist-led activities for children.  At 2 p.m. in the parking lot tents, Sips then Songs, a free-wine tasting event featuring the regional wines of Monkey Hollow Winery & Distillery and Tell City’s Bottom of the Barrel wines, will begin.  Both non-concert events are free to attend for anyone in the park.
