BLOOMINGTON – Explore the stories that have outlived the deceased at one of Bloomington’s most historic cemeteries.
The Monroe County History Center hosts guided walking tours with reenactors who share secrets beneath the stones and some haunted history.
This is a walking tour; attendees must be able to walk at least one mile on uneven terrain. Flashlights are recommended. The rain date is Sunday, October 13. Tours are $15 per person and pre-registration is required. NO walk-up registrations are accepted at this event.

If the cemetery tours don’t leave you daunted, join officials on October 25 in Bryan Park for more Halloween horror at the Festival of Ghost Stories. Starting at 7 p.m., talented storytellers from the Bloomington Storytellers Guild spin tales that will surely tingle the spine.
