Frankie Ross Sallee, 83, of Bedford, passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, at his residence.
Born August 6, 1941, in Bedford, he was the son of Frank and Barbara “Bobbi” (Faris) Sallee. He married Sandra “Sandy” Lee Pierce on April 29, 2007, and she survives.
Frankie graduated from Tunnelton High School and worked as a high-voltage lineman for Public Service Indiana and Montana Power. He greatly enjoyed golfing and owned a business that manufactured golf clubs.
His wife, Sandra “Sandy” Lee Sallee of Bedford; his children Damon (Keri) Sallee of Washington State, Desiree Saunders, and Dionne Peterson; his stepchildren Cory (Stacy) Plocher of Bedford, Chad (Amy) Plocher of Highland, Illinois, and Jamie (Joe) Norman of Bedford, eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren, are also surviving.
His parents preceded him in death.
Cremation has been chosen. A Celebration of Life will be held at their residence from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 12.
