BEDFORD – Bedford North Lawrence rallied from a two-set deficit to clip Jeffersonville in a five-set clash during high school volleyball action on Saturday.
The Stars recorded a 23-25, 17-25, 25-15, 25-21, 15-11 victory, improving to 12-8 overall and 2-3 in the Hoosier Hills Conference. The Red Devils fell to 5-20 overall (0-5 in the league).
Isabella Root paced BNL with 15 kills, Sammie Gratzer totaled 12 kills and 3 aces, Jenna Allen added 8 kills and 3 aces, and Sara Williams totaled 3 aces.
BNL will learn its postseason fate on Sunday when the IHSAA announces the sectional pairings. The Stars will visit Madison on Monday.
