ORLEANS- “Trick or Treat” in Orleans has been set for one night on Halloween, Thursday, October 31st, during the hours of 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Residents who wish to welcome the little “ghosts” and “goblins” are asked to have their outdoor porch or patio light on during those hours. Trick or Treaters are also welcome and encouraged to stop downtown on Second Street between Washington & Jefferson to interact with Orleans Police and Fire Department members who will be offering up treats that evening as well.
