PUTNAM CO. – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces lane closures impacting U.S. 36 near Morton.
Beginning on or after Monday, Oct. 28, crews will reduce U.S. 36 between County Road 600 W and C.R. 775 W to one lane. During the construction, crews will do grade work and clear trees. A temporary traffic signal will be in place to control traffic during this time.
Work is expected to last until early December but is weather-dependent and subject to change. INDOT encourages drivers to use caution and ensure worker safety while traveling in this and all work zones.
