EMPACT Solutions has agreed to provide these essential services at a rate of $200 per hour, with a total cost not exceeding $9,980 for the duration of the agreement. Notably, the funding for this initiative will come from a grant provided by the Indiana Department of Corrections, meaning there will be no financial burden on the county.

The move reflects a growing recognition of the importance of meaningful and timely data analysis in supporting judicial and probationary processes. By leveraging EMPACT’s expertise, local officials aim to enhance the quality of information available for decision-making, ultimately benefiting the community at large.

This initiative marks a proactive step by Lawrence County’s judicial system to ensure that data-driven insights are utilized effectively, fostering greater transparency and collaboration among various community stakeholders.
