INDIANAPOLIS—Epler Avenue and State Road 37 intersection will close in two stages next week on the southwest side of Indianapolis for reconstruction.
- STAGE 1: The east leg of the intersection will close on or after Monday, November 4, 2024.
- STAGE 2: The remainder of the intersection will close on or after Wednesday, November 6, 2024.
The intersection will remain closed for up to 45 days.
Following the signed detour route during the closure for passenger vehicles and local traffic.
- LOCAL TRAFFIC DETOUR: For local traffic on northbound I-69 wanting access to State Road 37, use the eastbound Southport Road exit to northbound Harding Street. For local traffic on the west side of Epler Avenue wanting access to State Road 37, use southbound Concord Street, eastbound Banta Road, and then northbound Harding Street.
- TRUCK DETOUR: For truck traffic on northbound I-69 wanting access to State Road 37 and Kopetsky Drive, use the eastbound Southport Road exit to northbound Bluff Road and then westbound Edgewood Avenue. For truck traffic on southbound State Road 37 wanting access to Kopetsky Drive, use eastbound I-465, southbound U.S. 31, and westbound Edgewood Avenue.
