LAWERNCE CO. – Bertha’s Mission, a local non-profit organization, is inviting the community to its Annual Free Thanksgiving Dinner on Saturday, November 23rd, from 2 to 5 p.m.
The event will occur at the First Baptist Church in Bedford and the Jacob Finger Methodist Church in Mitchell.
This annual tradition provides a free Thanksgiving meal to elderly and disadvantaged community members.
Bertha’s Mission wants everyone in the area to enjoy a warm, delicious Thanksgiving meal regardless of their circumstances. This event is a wonderful way for the community to come together and support one another during the holiday season.”

In addition to the free meal, Bertha’s Mission offers free delivery service to elderly and disadvantaged residents who cannot attend the event in person. Those in need can call 317-480-0085 to request a delivery.
The Thanksgiving dinner is open to the public, and all are welcome to attend and enjoy the festivities.
