INDIANA – ResCare Community Living, a trusted community living provider for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, announced its community living waiver homes in Indiana have earned accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), an independent, nonprofit accreditor of health and human services.
“We are proud to have earned CARF accreditation for the clinical and pharmacy care we provide to the high-need individuals we serve,” said Jay Naeem, Vice President of Operations (Indiana) at ResCare Community Living. “We have long earned the trust of families to care for their loved ones. This maintained accreditation further demonstrates the unique, compassionate care we provide to patients, helping them live independent, comfortable lives. We thank our staff for their dedication to quality care and client wellbeing.”
CARF accreditation is one of the highest accreditations. It focuses on an organization’s ongoing commitment to quality improvement and demonstrates conformance to CARF standards in services areas and business practices.
The Indiana accreditation report highlights:
