ORANGE COUNTY—On Wednesday night, November 20th, ISP Trooper Noah Ewing was working on State Road 37 in Paoli when he observed a vehicle speeding. Trooper Ewing stopped the vehicle and spoke to the driver, Noble Gregory. Gregory showed visible signs of impairment. Trooper Ewing transported Gregory to IU Health Hospital in Paoli for a chemical test. Gregory was arrested and transported to the Orange County jail, where he is being held on bond.
