BEDFORD — Calling all Indiana 4-H members with a passion for youth development and the outdoors! Applications are now open for the 2025 Southern Indiana 4-H Camp counselor program.
High school students (grades 9-12) who are current 4-H members are encouraged to apply. The program offers an opportunity to:
- Lead and mentor younger 4-H members in a fun and educational camp setting.
- Develop leadership skills and collaborate with other teens from the region.
- Enjoy a three-day adventure at the scenic Country Lake Christian Retreat.
Key Dates:
- Application Deadline: Feb. 3, 2025 (via 4HOnline)
- Interview Dates: Feb. 24-26, 2025 (4-6 p.m. via Zoom)
- Counselor Training: May 3-4, 2025 (Overnight Retreat)
- Camp Dates: May 30-June 1, 2025
