ORLEANS – The Orleans Chamber of Commerce is excited to invite all Orleans residents and business owners to participate in the 2024 Annual Christmas Lighting Contest. This year’s contest is open to local businesses and all residential properties within a five-mile radius of Orleans.
The contest promises to bring festive cheer to the community, with prizes awarded for the best overall holiday decorations. Judging will take place on the evening of December 9th, between 6:00 and 9:00 p.m., so be sure to have your lights twinkling and your displays ready to shine.
The deadline to enter the contest is Noon on Monday, December 9th. Nominations can be mailed to the Orleans Chamber of Commerce at P.O. Box 9 or dropped off at Orleans Town Hall. For added convenience, entries can also be submitted via email to historicorleans@gmail.com. Entry forms are available for those who need them in The Orleans Progress Examiner.
Each entry must include the owner’s name, address, telephone number, and detailed driving directions to ensure judges can easily find your decorated property.
