BORDEN – Bedford North Lawrence wrestlers recorded two individual wins during girls high school action at Borden on Monday night.
The Stars, in their first season as a competitive program, posted victories by Macey Pottorff and Taylor Schmeichel in an event that featured 14 teams.
Pottorff posted a pin win at 130 pounds in the first round, while Schmeichel trapped Scottsburg’s Jaylyn Petty in the third round at 155.
BNL will compete at Mooresville on Wednesday.
