MITCHELL – The Mitchell Community School Board of Trustees will meet on Monday, December 9.
The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. at the Mitchell Community Schools Central Office at 441 North 8th Street.
Before and after the regular meeting, the board of trustees will have an executive session.
The board of trustees will meet at 5:00 p.m. in an executive session to discuss a job performance evaluation of individual employees. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(9).
During the executive meeting following the regular meeting, the board of trustees will discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining, which does not include a discussion or meeting under Indiana Code § 20-2-6-7. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(A).
