FLOYD CO. – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces construction for the Improve 64 added travel lanes project, which is expected to begin in early 2026. Pre-construction activities will continue as scheduled, with letting scheduled for November 2025. The project will utilize a design-build low-bid procurement to encourage innovation in constructing these corridor improvements.
