The Murder of Kobe Stancomb
Casey Brown appeared in Lawrence County Superior Court I on March 11 for his initial hearing regarding the murder of 21-year-old Kobe Stancombe.
Brown, facing charges of murder, attempted murder, and criminal confinement, entered a plea of not guilty. The case stems from an incident on February 24, where Brown allegedly shot and killed Stancombe after the latter refused to exit Brown’s Jeep. A jury trial for this case has been scheduled for April 10, 2025.
