LOOGOOTEE – The Martin County Alliance for Economic Growth offers local business owners and employees a valuable opportunity to enhance their customer service skills.
On January 15th, the Alliance will host a free customer service workshop featuring industry expert Terri Kelso. The event will occur from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Bowling Manufacturing Building, located at 99 West Washington Street in Loogootee.
This workshop provides practical tips and insights for improving customer interactions, fostering positive relationships, and boosting business success. Participants will have the chance to learn directly from Kelso, who brings years of experience in customer service training, and network with other local professionals.
