Senator Banks meets with Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Senator Jim Banks (R-IN) issued the following statement after meeting with Robert F. Kennedy Jr, President Trump’s nominee to lead the Department of Health and Human Services:

Senator Jim Banks and Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

“Today I met with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and had a great discussion about the Trump agenda to Make America Healthy Again. He has my full support and I look forward to confirming him to drain the swamp at the Department of Health and Human Services.

“On the HELP committee, I will work with RFK Jr. to put policies in place that support families and children, get rid of the radical transgender agenda pushed by the Biden administration, and put the health of the American people first. We can never let the Faucis and the bureaucrats lock our country down or take away our freedoms ever again, and RFK Jr. won’t let that happen.

“The Senate must confirm RFK Jr. now!”

Senator Jim Banks is a member of the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pension Committee, which will have a confirmation hearing with Robert F Kennedy Jr. in the coming weeks.
