29th Street. Which includes Lots 10, 11 and part of 12. Derek is requesting
this rezone to develop 4 duplexes which will be named Sunrise Suites. - Preliminary hearing for Derek Stutz who is requesting a rezone of 2030 28th
Street. Derek is requesting this rezone to develop 2 duplexes which will be
