BEDFORD—The North Lawrence Community School Board of Trustees will meet in regular and executive sessions on Thursday, January 23.
The executive session will meet at 7:00 p.m., immediately following the regular session that will begin at 6:00 p.m. The meetings will be held at the North Lawrence Community Schools Administration Building at 460 W Street.
On the agenda for the executive session:
- To discuss the strategy concerning initiation of litigation or litigation that is either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing. Indiana Code § 5-14- 1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B).
- To receive information about and interview prospective employees. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5).
- To discuss the job performance evaluation of individual employees. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(9).
