BLOOMINGTON— Christopher Head, 47, of Bloomington, was sentenced to 800 days in the Indiana Department of Correction after failing to comply with the terms of his probation, a decision made by Lawrence Superior Court II Judge Robert Cline on Thursday, January 16.

Head had pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony, as part of a negotiated plea agreement with the State of Indiana on April 2, 2024. As a result, he was initially sentenced to 910 days, with 880 days suspended, and ordered to serve 545 days on supervised probation.
However, after Head violated the conditions of his probation, Judge Cline decided to revoke his probation and impose a prison sentence. The sentence for violating probation was 800 days in the Indiana Department of Correction.

Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Kristen Meza represented the prosecution.
