GREENE CO. — One man is dead after a single-vehicle crash in Greene County Tuesday afternoon.
Deputies with the Greene County Sheriff’s Department responded to County Road North 1500 West and County Road West 700 North southwest of Jasonville after receiving reports of a serious crash at 4:25 p.m.
According to Deputy Caleb Sipes, officers arrived and located Wesley Sapp. Sapp was pronounced dead on the scene. Police believe Sapp may have experienced a medical episode that led to the fatal crash.
The Greene County Ambulance Service, Worthington Police Department, Jasonville Police Department, Wright Township Fire Department, and Greene County Coroner’s Office also assisted at the scene.
