Road closure planned for State Road 445 in Greene County

GREENE COUNTY– The Indiana Department of Transportation announces a road closure for State Road 445 in Greene County.

Beginning on or around Friday, February 7, crews will close State Road 445 in Greene County near Cincinnati. This closure will occur between State Road 54 and State Road 45, near Eastern Greene High School.

This road closure will allow for a guardrail improvement project to be completed. A small structure extension will also be installed just under a half mile from State Road 54. Work is expected to last through May, depending on the weather.

The detour for this project is from State Road 54 to State Road 45. Local traffic will have access up to the point of closure.
