Bluebird Nightclub employee arrested for battery after spraying nitrous oxide on another employee

BLOOMINGTON– Pandora Milan Langley, 22, an employee at Bluebird Nightclub, was arrested Sunday on charges of battery resulting in moderate bodily injury, a Level 6 felony.

The charge stems from an incident at the nightclub’s Christmas party on Sunday, January 12, where Langley allegedly sprayed nitrous oxide on another employee’s leg in the bathroom, causing a second-degree burn.

Court documents indicate that after the incident, the injured employee texted Langley, who apologized and offered to pay for medical supplies. However, Langley eventually ceased responding to the messages.

On Sunday, February 2, Bloomington Police Department officers approached Langley at B-Town Smoke Time, a Walnut Street business where she works. Langley admitted to being intoxicated at the party and stated that she did not remember much of the incident.

Langley was released on bond on Tuesday, February 4, and appeared for an initial hearing in Monroe Circuit Court 3 on Friday.

Those facing criminal charges are considered innocent unless convicted through due legal proceedings. Accusations alone do not imply guilt; the judicial system will evaluate the presented evidence to reach a verdict.
