Bedford North Lawrence Community Schools Board of Trustees will meet in executive session on Thursday

BEDFORD – The Bedford North Lawrence Community Schools Board of Trustees will meet in an executive session on Thursday, February 20.

The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., immediately following the trustees’ regular session, starting at 6:00 p.m.

The meetings will be held at the NLCS Administration Building at 460 W Street.

The subjects of discussion:

1. To receive information about and interview prospective employees. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5).
2. To discuss the job performance evaluation of individual employees. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(9).
3. To discuss a real property transaction including: (i) a purchase; (ii) a lease as lessor; (iii) a lease as lessee; (iv) a transfer; (v) an exchange; or (vi) a sale; by the governing body up to the time a contract or option is executed by the parties. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(D).
