BEDFORD – The Lawrence County 4-H Rabbit Club is excited to announce its 13th Annual Open Rabbit Show on March 7th and 8th at the Lawrence County Expo Hall.
This year’s event promises a diverse showcase of rabbits, featuring eight All Breed shows (four open and four youth) alongside three specialty shows. The specialty shows will highlight Rare Breeds, Youth Mini Rex, and Open Mini Lop rabbits.

The show is open to all, and 4-H membership is not required to participate. The entry fee is $4 per rabbit per show. The public is encouraged to attend and observe the judging, with no admission charge.
Last year’s event was a resounding success, drawing exhibitors from seven different states and boasting over 2,000 entries. Organizers are hoping for another strong turnout this year.

In addition to the rabbit judging, the event will feature concessions and a silent auction. On Friday, attendees can enjoy a $5 baked potato bar and $2 walking desserts, as well as a “Buy It Now Auction.” All proceeds from these fundraising efforts will directly benefit the Lawrence County 4-H Rabbit Club.
Entries can be submitted via email to rabbitclub4h@outlook.com.
The Lawrence County 4-H Rabbit Club looks forward to welcoming exhibitors and spectators alike to this exciting event.
