NLCS Board of Trustees will meet on Thursday, Feb. 20

BEDFORD – The North Lawrence Community School Board of Trustees will meet on Thursday, Feb. 20.

The meetings will be held in the North Lawrence Community Schools Administration Building at 460 W Street.

A public work session will take place 10 minutes following the regular school board meeting at 6:00 p.m.

The board will discuss the following during the work session:

1. JA Benefits report on Central Office
2. Bond lease financing and future capital improvement projects

An executive session will begin at 7:00 p.m., following the regular session at 6:00 p.m.

Subjects of the executive meeting are listed below:

1. To receive information about and interview prospective employees. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5).
2. To discuss the job performance evaluation of individual employees. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(9).
3. To discuss a real property transaction including: (i) a purchase; (ii) a lease as lessor; (iii) a lease as lessee; (iv) a transfer; (v) an exchange; or (vi) a sale; by the governing body up to the time the parties execute a contract or option. Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(D).
