
NEW ALBANY—The Indiana Department of Transportation invites contractors, materials suppliers, and Disabled Business Enterprises (DBEs) to learn more about the Improve 64 design-build low-bid (DBLB) project.

The event begins Wednesday, March 5, at 9:30 a.m. at the New Albany Floyd County Schools Educational Support Center, 2801 Grant Line Road, New Albany, IN 47150.
Limited appointments are available for confidential, one-on-one meetings with the project team following the presentation for interested design-build contractor proposers.

Improve 64 will reduce congestion as well as improve safety and mobility along I-64 in Floyd County. The project includes additional travel lanes, interchange reconfigurations, and replacement and rehabilitation of bridges and pavement. Construction letting is scheduled for November 2025.
