BEDFORD- The North Lawrence Community Schools Board of Trustees will hold an executive session on March 13 immediately following the regular school board meeting that will begin at 6:00 p.m. The session will be at the NLCS administration building, 460 W Street, Bedford.
Subjects of the meeting are to be:
- To receive information about and interview prospective employees. Indiana Code
§ 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5). - To discuss the job performance evaluation of individual employees. Indiana Code
§ 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(9). - To discuss the strategy with respect to initiation of litigation or litigation that is
either pending or has been threatened specifically in writing. Indiana Code § 5-14-
1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B). - To discuss a real property transaction including: (i) a purchase; (ii) a lease as
lessor; (iii) a lease as lessee; (iv) a transfer; (v) an exchange; or (vi) a sale; by
the governing body up to the time a contract or option is executed by the parties.
