BEDFORD – The Hope Resource Center is providing free parenting classes three times a week, offering valuable education and resources to expectant and new parents.
Classes are held Thursdays at the Hope Resource Center at 1:30 p.m. and 5 p.m. Additionally, classes are offered Tuesdays at 5 p.m. at Tulip Street Christian Church in Mitchell.
Topics covered include “Baby Basics,” “Labor & Delivery,” “Breastfeeding,” “Nutrition,” “Baby Basics 2,” “Budgeting,” “Dental Health,” “Calming Baby,” “Postpartum,” and “Safe Sleep.”
No pre-registration is required; participants can simply attend the sessions. Completion of all 10 classes qualifies participants to choose a free “big item,” such as a car seat, crib, stroller, or pack and play.
These classes provide a great opportunity for parents to gain knowledge and build confidence as they embark on the next adventure in their lives.
The Hope Resource Center aims to support and empower parents in the community by providing accessible and informative resources.
