MONROE CO. – The Indiana Department of Transportation will reduce the speed limit on State Road 46 in Ellettsville on or after Tuesday, April 1.
The speed limit will decrease from 45 to 35 miles per hour from Red Hill Road to West Arlington Road. The reduced speed limit is intended to help enhance safety and mobility along State Road 46.
INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, be cautious, and avoid distractions when traveling in and near work zones. All work is weather-dependent, and schedules are subject to change.
