JACKSON CO. – Indiana Department of Transportation contractor Milestone Contractors, LP is scheduled to begin a bridge rehabilitation project on State Road 11 just north of Seymour on or after Monday, April 7, in Jackson County.
Work will occur on State Road 11 over East Fork White River overflow between the East Fork White River and the I-65 interchange. Weather permitting, work is expected to be complete in late August. Temporary traffic signals will be utilized while work is in progress.
This project is part of a $6.9 million contract awarded to Milestone in December 2023.
INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, be cautious, and avoid distractions when traveling in and near work zones. All work is weather-dependent, and schedules are subject to change.
