2. Preliminary Hearing for Bimal “Bobby” Dhall, Sunoco Gas Station, 2507 16th St, Bedford, IN, requesting a special exception permit to build a new fuel station/convenience store on the lot behind the existing gas station.

3. Preliminary Hearing for Dhall Corporation, who is requesting to re-zone 2700 John Willimas Blvd. from I-2 to B-3 to operate a Retail Store.

4. Preliminary Hearing for First Church of God, 3131 W 16th St. They request a Minor Subdivision of one of their parcels. Sectioning off 0.59 +/- acre from parcel SEC 15 TWP 5 R1W 2.29A N CENT PT SW SW SW or 47-06-15-300-047.000-010. Travis Norman to speak.

5. Preliminary hearing for GFC Properties – Derek George. They request to re-zone 527 E 15th St., formerly the Rivers Edge Church, from R-2 to B-1. They wish to open a Monument Company and Funeral Home Branch at this location.
