Director Roger Axe is requesting the county churches of the county to open warming shelters from 6:00 a.m. tonight until 8:00 a.m. Friday, December 24th
“Because Greene County is a rural county it could be safer for people to travel to churches in time of need,” said Axe. “What better way to express the meaning of Christmas than to extend a helping hand to those in dire need? “
