BEDFORD – Two people were arrested after an Indiana State Police trooper received several tips that 37-year-old Anthony Henson was dealing meth.
ISP Trooper Richard Kun was on routine patrol on Friday when he witnessed Henson’s Chrysler 300 roll through a stop sign at the intersection of Old Dixie Highway and Rariden Hill Road.
During the traffic stop, Trooper Klun deployed his canine Loki who alerted him to possible drugs in the vehicle.
During a search of the vehicle, Trooper Klun found a small amount of meth in the center console.
Henson said he was clean now but he had transported meth in the center console in the past.
Henson had a passenger in the vehicle, 36-year-old Stephanie Stalker.
She admitted she had meth and marijuana at her home.
During a search of Stalker’s home, police found two grams of crystal meth.
Stalker and Henson were incarcerated at the Lawrence County Jail on a charge of possession of meth.
