WASHINGTON – On Monday, March 6, the Washington Police Department’s ERT served a narcotics search warrant at an address on North Street after an investigation by officers with Washington Police Department and the DEA Task Force.
During the search, officers seized approximately 489.4 grams of crystal methamphetamine, items associated with narcotics use and distribution, and marijuana.
As a result, officers arrested 59-year-old Tyrone Clay, of Washington, on charges of dealing meth. He is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
Also assisting in the investigation were deputies with the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department and Indiana State Police troopers.
