Free WWII reenactment event at Indiana Military Museum on May 6-7

VINCENNES – The Indiana Military Museum is gearing up for its upcoming spring WWII event on May 6th and 7th.

Gates open at 9 a.m. EST, and the color ceremony kicks off at 10 a.m. Weapon demonstrations are scheduled for 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., while battles will take place at 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Aside from the outdoor activities, the museum will also have living history encampments on the grounds, food, and military artifact vendors, and admission to the outdoor activities is completely FREE to the public.

However, standard admission fees apply for those who wish to visit the museum and annex. Those interested in attending can head to the museum’s location at 715 South 6th Street, Vincennes, on May 6th and 7th.
