BEDFORD – On Thursday, Lawrence County Superior Court II Judge Robert Cline sentenced 31-year-old Gregory Cabage to prison.
Cabage failed to comply with the terms of his probation after pleading guilty to a charge of domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years old.
Cabage pleaded guilty to that charge on January 24, 2023, and was sentenced to 545 days but his sentence was suspended to probation in exchange for his guilty plea.
After failing to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation, Judge Cline today sentenced Cabage to serve 544 days in the Indiana Department of Corrections.
