BEDFORD – On Thursday, May 11, Lawrence County Superior Court II Judge Robert Cline sentenced 27-year-old Brandon Haley, of Mitchell to prison after he failed to comply with the terms of his probation.
Haley pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of meth, on September 22, 2022, as part of a negotiated plea agreement with the State of Indiana. He was sentenced to 1095 days, with time served, and the remainder of his sentence 730 days on supervised probation in exchange for his guilty plea.
However, after failing to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation Judge Cline
sentenced Haley to serve 800 days in the Indiana Department of Correction.
