BEDFORD – On July 2, 2022, a male and female came to the Bedford Police Department to report a battery.
A male reported that his step-grandson 19-year-old Dylan Nunn had shoved and punched him in the face after a domestic dispute that occurred around 3:45 p.m.
The man had visible injuries to his face.
The man told police Nunn, his step-grandson, was arguing with his mother inside their home in the 2000 block of 27th Street. The male victim told police after Nunn shoved him, Nunn’s mother got between the two men and that is when Nunn reached around her and punched the man in the face.
Nunn then threatened to run the male victim over with his car. Nunn then left the home.
The female reported that Nunn was upset over the car that the male victim was working on.
The male victim signed a battery affidavit.
The information was forwarded to the Lawrence County Prosecutor’s office and a warrant was issued for Nunn’s arrest on a charge of domestic battery.
