BEDFORD – North Lawrence Community Schools has released documents to the public depicting the nuances of the school system’s budget for next year.
The budget for 2024 is right at $50 million, the main costs including $2.5 million for the Rainy Day fund, nearly $26 million for education, and $14 million for operations.
The budget for 2024 is up roughly $1 million from this year’s $49.02 million, though it’s almost even with the 2022 budget.
