- Preliminary hearing for Forrest Lake who requests to rezone his property located at 1323 5th Street from R-3 Medium Density Residential District to B-1 Convenience Business. This was tabled from the August 8th meeting.
New Business:
- Resolution NO. 1-2023 to amend the Zoning Code to allow for Manufactured Homes Type I and Single-Family Dwellings to MH Mobile Home Park District within the City of Bedford. Brandon Woodward will speak for the City of Bedford
- Preliminary hearing for William Howe who requests a minor subdivision of his property located at 2319 & 2321 Mitchell Rd. Bedford, IN. 47421. William is requesting to subdivide the property into two separate parcels in order to sell one half.
