BEDFORD – NLCS students and families: The Boys & Girls Club would like to inform parents and guardians whose children attend the Boys and Girls Club and Teen Center after-school programs of an important update.
On Friday, October 20, 2023, these programs will be temporarily closed. Parents or guardians are asked to make alternative arrangements for their child or children on that day.

“The Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence County has had the unique opportunity to have a staff professional development day on Friday, October 20th. Due to this, all After School sites will be closed. This includes the Boys and Girls Club After School sites at Shawswick, Dollens, Lincoln, the Limestone Unit, and the Teen Center. Parents/guardians will need to make other arrangements for after-school care on that day. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to provide our staff with the necessary training to create a fun and safe Club environment!”
