BEDFORD – Bedford North Lawrence senior star Chloe Spreen was named the Player of the Week for District 3 by the Indiana Basketball Coaches Association.
Spreen, a leading Miss Basketball candidate, won the honor after scoring 27 points against Bloomington North, followed by a 34-point night against Mitchell. She was 25 of 34 from the floor during those two games.
Other winners for Week 2 included Crown Point’s Ava Ziolkowski (District 1) and Arsenal Tech’s Kayla Lacombe (2).
