BEDFORD – On Thursday, January 4, a Bedford man was sentenced to the Indiana Department of Correction by Lawrence Superior Court II Judge Robert Cline after failing to comply with his probation terms.
Calvin Haddock III, 50, Bedford, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony, on January 26, 2023, as a part of a negotiated plea agreement with the State of Indiana. He was sentenced to 910 days, with time served and the remainder of her sentence suspended. He was ordered to serve 545 days on supervised probation in exchange for his guilty plea.
However, after failing to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation, Judge Cline sentenced Haddock, III, to 850 days in the Indiana Department of Correction.
