INDIANA – The National Weather Service has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for Brown, Bartholomew, Daviess, Greene, Jackson, Lawrence, Martin, and Monroe Counties.
A period of freezing rain is expected Monday night into early Tuesday morning across South Central Indiana. A glaze of ice is possible on surfaces and untreated roads during the overnight hours
Warmer air surging north will change the freezing rain to rain during the early monring hours on Tuesday.
Motorist are warned to watch for patchy slick spots during the Tuesday morning commute.
