BEDFORD – Lawrence Superior Court II Judge Robert Cline sentenced a Williams man to the Indiana Department of Correction after he failed to comply with the terms of his probation.
Mark Harold Bunch, 43, Williams, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Level 6 felony, on June 1, 2021, as a part of a negotiated plea agreement with the State of Indiana. He was sentenced to 910 days, with time served, and 900 days suspended. He was ordered to serve 730 days on supervised probation in exchange for his guilty plea.
However, after failing to comply with the terms and conditions of his probation, Judge Cline sentenced Bunch to 850 days in the Indiana Department of Correction, with credit for 22 actual days served.
