MITCHELL – Join the Mitchell Opera House on February 24th for a country music concert featuring Jim Hayden and the Country Playboys.
The band comprises seven members with real country and a big Nashville Opry sound. With 2two guitars, steel guitar, fiddle, keys, bass and drums, six singers, and lots of harmonies, this talented group is one you won’t want to miss.
This Southern Indiana band has traveled the countryside, playing at venues such as Renfro Valley, Little Nashville Opry, Blue Gates, Opryland USA, and many more.
Some of the bands’ influences include Merle Haggard, Ray Price, George Strait, Alan Jackson, and Johnny Paycheck, to name a few.
Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for kids 12 and under. Tickets are on sale now at Mitchell Ace Hardware with cash or check, on mitchelloperahouse.com and will be available at the ticket booth the night of the event.
Doors will open at 6:15 p.m.
Mitchell Opera House is handicap accessible. Food and drinks are not permitted in the auditorium. All seating is first come, first served.
