BROWN COUNTY– Indiana Department of Transportation contractor Ragle Inc. is scheduled to begin traffic signal improvement work on or after Monday, March 4, at the intersection of S.R. 135 and S.R. 46 in Nashville.
The planned improvements will require curb, curb ramp, shoulder, and signal work. Motorists can expect and should remain aware of temporary lane changes while work is in progress. Work is expected to be complete by early May, weather permitting.
This project is part of a $1.3 million contract awarded to Ragle Inc. in August 2023. The contract includes a total of four signal improvement projects located throughout Bartholomew, Brown, and Morgan Counties. INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, use extra caution and avoid distractions when traveling near work zones. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
